Wondering if any one buying trufiber or even carbon cartel have had any issues with this part having a gap like this, a full finger width to be exact. It’s properly seated every where else and fully clicked in. This is 100% a mold issue. Let me know. Because I’m making them exchange but if this is the way the next piece is going to be I’m just going to ask for a refund and call it a day. This particular piece is Trufiber so I am shocked. I have already spoke to them on the phone and it would be an under statement to say I am less enthused about how fast they have been replying meaning it’s been 24 hours and they are still “waiting on the technician” to look at the email and pics I supplied twice. As you can see there’s a full finger width gap on top and it’s seated properly every where else. All U clips are properly placed and screws properly screwed in. There’s no more give to click in either as it seems fully pushed in Specifically right below the gauges where the gps screen is. I know Trufiber is a responsible brand and will eventually make this right but cmon. This is unacceptable.

That's super crappy man. On the bright side it looks really good from all the other angles?

Yeah. I don’t accept that lack of quality. I took it out and they refunded me in full. I put my stock dash back in. If I install a CF dash it will be ford. Otherwise I’m good for now.

Damn, that's terrible fitment. I had planned to eventually grab this piece from them, but I'll definitely have to make sure this is fixed. I'm local to them, so I'll have to drop in and check out the piece's first before pulling the trigger.

Glad to hear they took care of you and refunded in full.

Odd, I have on in my car and the fitment is great.

I have found with all the CF parts on my car that fitment with composites do vary from part to part and company to company due to size, shrink rate variances etc but yours is pretty extreme.

Glad that they took care of you though.

I ended up getting the actual ford carbon fiber dash from the Shelby’s and carbon fiber package from GTs. No reason to get any lesser quality. If I didn’t get ford I would get MPR which is super high quality or even carbon cartel. But that’s just me.

I was able to get it from some one for a dash trade. So I can’t complain. It was brand new too. But yes it’s expensive. Ford told me once $3,500.
