Try asking in the suspension forum. Also just to answer your question: There is no " best spring". it would depend what you want from it. Do you just wanna look good at cars and coffee, better handling, close up the tire gap.

Close tire gap and rid of body roll

Sway bars will help get rid of body roll. Any of the springs you mentioned will close gaps, just don't expect great handling.

I have no experience with any of those, my needs are different than your needs but I suspect any of the springs you listed would serve your needs well. Keep in mind that the stock shocks are a weak link to begin with and that any increase in spring rate would be best paired with a matching shock/strut upgrade.

Remember, your suspension is a "system" and all the pieces interact with each other. Changing any individual component will affect the rest of the system. A major change in geometry, such as a 1" drop, can have a negative result if the rest of the components don't work together anymore.

As the others have said, do your research. Go to the Suspension section. If you want better handling and lower, then you need to do springs and shocks/struts together. Also, someway to correct your camber. I prefer camber plates. And a roll center and bumpsteer correction kit. Steeda sells one of these. Do it right the first go around and you will enjoy your car so much more.
