So while a little dissapointed in my RF 6.5 mids, I did some more experimenting. I tried no 3.5, > low volume, bad. Tried no 6.5 > not really much difference. Then I went full trial and error mode and disconnected 6.5s from factory connection and hooked them up to the 3.5s. Wow!

So my current set up/settings.

6.5s and 3.5s sharing same signal.

EQ: Treb. 80%, Mid. 60% Bass 100%
Fader 80% to front, some mid bass from rear 6.5s
Set processor to "all seats"

Wails with 0 distortion from any speaker.
Sub doing what its meant to do.

Wish yall could hear it.

I'm going to look for some 3.5s and see about just wiring together with my components or selling the punch 400x2 and buying a 600x4.

Ok, to be clear. Sounds like you have the Shaker twelve speaker with sub and are running the mid 3.5 and the 6.5 door speakers off just the 3.5 lead from the factory amp? Is that correct?
