Bullitt Options

Hello,

Am I correct in thinking that the only two options for a UK Bullitt are as follows?

1) Paint - black or green
2) Magneride suspension

Following on from that I have two further questions if I may.

1) The car has Recaro seats so does that delete the heated/cool function?
2) Is the magneride suspension a must have option?

Yes black or green
Magneride get it, its a vast improvement on my previous GT, still skips but not as much.
Recaros no heat or cooling function, i'd have rather kept the standard, but that's not an option, saying that they really grip you, so I wouldn't change them.
When I bought it was a "Limited Edition", now I consider it a "Special Edition" Ford can sell them so they keep building them!

Hi,

You are right on all those points, the only one I can’t answer is on the Magneride, I ordered mine without and I’m completely happy with it, it’s firm but not crashy and smooths out at higher speeds, I don’t notice any perceptible roll in corners even at high speed. Having read all the motoring journalists say it’s a must have it did put a doubt in my mind but it appears none of these people have driven one without as all the press cars are supplied with, I haven’t had the chance to drive one with Magneride yet but I’d love the opportunity.

What the console like where the heated / cooled buttons should have been ? Are they just blanks, or is the unit designed differently to disguise the fact there’s an option ‘missing’ ?

Good deals to be had on Bullitts if you shop around as there’s loads sat unsold in dealer compounds, discounts a plenty.

Last meet up north there was 4 Bullitts there, most common car in the car park
