They are a much better value proposition now then they were back in 14-15. Not worth 60-70k, sorry. A8 sucks...

Please elaborate on A8. I have not been able to drive one yet and was considering the A8.

They were prone to converter shudder that would quickly tank the transmissions. If you caught it early enough they could usually just swap in new one before any damage done to rest of transmission. Look it up on the vette forums...

I had both for a while. The 18 gt pp1 a10 with e85 tune made me “get over” the over $ piece of fiberglass (C7 a8) real fast...
you're right... I drove c7 stingray a while ago and it feel so slow compared my 18' A10

On E85 with a tune, I believe it. The C7 Stingray I drove, did feel quicker. Not just in the pants, but I believe on paper a stock Stingray will still best a GT A10. Am I wrong?

C7 only if it's a manual. Don't get the A8. It can shudder like been said. Also not as quick shifting as the A10 in the Camaro or Mustang.

I wouldn't. Mostly because I don't want to buy from a company that took the bail out and then refused to listen to Obama's demands on production cars.
