I got the ported CJ on my car and it seemed to not go much faster at all. I usually run 1/8 mile stuff. Seemed to only gain a tenth.

Please post your time slips, a list of mods, weight reduction, and your rear end gears. I would like to compare my car to everyone elses.

Did you gain any MPH?? A tenth in the 1/8 mile is about .15-.16 in the 1/4.

Any dyno numbers??

One day yes 4 MPH the next time out no I didnā€™t gain any. Difference in DA I suppose

Check out steeda. I thought I saw YouTube videos of them testing the CJ. If I remember correctly they only saw gains using the CJ while on spray

You should feel a noticeable difference from 6000 - 8000 rpms, where the CJ really shines. If not something is wrong with your setup. A CJ on an 18+ is not a straightforward plug and play, it heavily depends on the tune and what you have done. This is also one of those setups where no two cars are alike, even with the same mods. Just take a look at my thread when I did the CJ manifold on my 18. Lots and lots of issues that arose but I I loved the end result, it was a noticable improvement over the ported 18 manifold I had before.

Yeah, I was shocked it didnā€™t go 10s. The night before my Ngage took a dump and I was stuck on a milder tune I used to drive the 4 hours to the track. If I couldā€™ve switched to my latest tune I had, it wouldā€™ve ran faster. New device is ready for 2020.

Yeah man on the right tune you should be in the 10's easy. Hell i ran a 10.85 with the stock manifold the way it came on the car. Granted I got lucky one night and got some mineshaft air lol.
