After you had the GT350 track pack spoiler did you get another trunk lid? Or did the other spoiler cover the holes?
Yup, the new spoiler re-uses all the stock holes from the factory spoiler.

Back from the dead!

Lol, no updates for a few months since I have been considering a part out in preparation for a change to a family friendly 4 door. When it came down to it, I didn’t want to take the parts off the car, I just enjoy it too much. Accelerates like a stabbed rat, and is customized to my tastes.

With that said, I decided she’s staying a good while longer. So I have given her a full health check with new Royal Purple oil, new supercharger intake filter and crankcase breather filters, fresh fill and flush of coolant, so she is feeling fresh as a daisy.

Working on her late last night:

And a set of these to freshen up her booty...

Full detail with paint correction coming soon, she needs some TLC on the paintwork to get rid of the micro scratches from washing that accumulate over time.
What is the air filter do you use on the front of your paxton ???

Spectre brand filter. Have to cut the top of the radiator shroud to make clearance for it.

To anyone interested, this build is now for sale.

$32,500 to get it moved in a timely fashion. DM me if you are in the market for a Mustang with Hellcat speed.

Good luck with the sale. Hoping you are just getting a new slate to work with.
Deposit was taken yesterday :crying: Giving it one last detail tonight ready for collection in the AM.

Definitely bitter sweet letting her go. 4.5 years of ownership and not a single issue … I hope my next car is as good to me.

With regards to the Mustang replacement, will update here once that happens. Won't be a Camry, that's for sure :giggle:

About 2 years ago I upgraded the from the stock base model GT brakes to the PP Brembos. At that time I also installed Baer 1 piece upgraded rotors (quite pricey for 1 piece rotors at $600 for the pair). I’ve been happy with them, with regards to performance and cosmetics - the zinc coating has held up well and there is no rust whatsoever on the rotors. Still plenty of life left in them too, so I’ll be listing them for sale as I am sure someone else would like to use them rather than them collecting dust in a box.

I wanted to keep that same look with the drilled and slotted, but upgrade to the 2 piece versions. Keep in mind my car is a relaxed weekend driver, with no track use. So, I went ahead and ordered the Baer Eradispeed rotors. These are also zinc coated, so they will stay looking great for years to come. For someone who fastidiously cleans their car, this was an important factor, albeit only a cosmetic benefit...

Nice to have the unsprung rotational weight savings, as well, of course :-) Not that it really matters for my cars general use.

I also threw in some new Z23 powerstop pads for daily driving duties : quiet as a mouse and should be lower dust.

Eradispeed 2 piece Rears are also going on the car , should have them installed soon.

Love the look of this setup. How big of a job was swapping the brembos on a non-pp car?
