JLT 123 MM intake for VMP

I have a GEN2R VMP Kit on the way. It looks like the supplied air intake does not include the cold air portion. Does anyone have a link or know if just that portion to go around the filter is available separately ?

AFAIK, the air intake stuff in the VMP 2.3 kit is the same as a Roush 2.3. Both of them isolate a cone-type air filter in a box, and the air inlet to the box is open only to air outside of underhood. Don't think you need a separate cold air intake. I have the VMP setup, BTW.

thanks. In the pics they don’t show the enclosed section of the filter and I’ve seen a few engine pics with VMP chargers that didn’t have the closed section around the filter. Hopefully it’s setup like yours.

Roush did a better job on the blower case than VMP. These things need a detachable intake elbow so'z you can service stuff under the driver side can cover.
