But dang it's cold in South Tejas this morning, 49 when I got up and instead of going up with the hour, the temp went DOWN and it's now friggin' forty-five. I know, I know, lived in northern Oh High Yo for my first twenty-some years so I realize that ain't cold by northern standards. But I'm here to tell ya for us, it's time to get out the overcoats and gloves. <grin>

Being in Florida, I understand your problem. We even put socks on when it gets that cold....

Teddy: Truth be told, the friendships I've made mean as much or more to me than the dang car...but I DO love that car! <chuckling>

And, I may as well bore a whole bunch of people, (and consume a geenormous amount of server space) :-) with some photos from this evening. Nothing special, just driveway shots but I was able to wash and wax her at the dealership so she looks better than the first photo I posted.

Congrats KB! Your car looks awesome! Thanks for posting pics. The POTTS look worth the price of admission to me and the Carbon goodies look worth it too! I sure hope my snack pack looks just as good in Iconic!

Guys, I put a down payment on a dealer stock gt500 and they dont have a vin yet. I'm assuming it's not in production yet otherwise there would be a vin established. Supposedly the dealer places their order a good while back....so is there any method of determining some timelines for the vin as well as production? I'm sure my question has been covered but searching thru all these posts is tough. Any help or info be appreciated. Thx

Supposedly the dealer places their order a good while back....so is there any method of determining some timelines for the vin as well as production?

There is no way of estimating when a VIN will be issued by the order date. Some of the members have had VINs issued within a copy of days of their order and some that placed orders on the first day (07/01/2019) are still waiting, same goes for the VINS that were issued early and are still waiting to be sent to plant for production.
