No, don’t think so. Better question is can you fit a 15-17 Premium bumper on the 18-19 and I think that is a yes.

I know they call it one, but that doesn't enclose the tips so it doesn't look as good to me personally.

If you look at the GT500 it is sporting the 2018+ rear bumper cover; therefore, you should be able to slap on a GT500 valance. The GT350 slaps on a 2015-2017 no issues. Just FYI if you may want that GT500 valance over the GT350 in the future ;-)

I'm willing to trade you my 17 bumper for your 18+ bumper (and valence) so you can fit the gt350 valence.

You can install 2018+ on 2015-2017 mustang and vice versus. The 2018+ has two additional screws at each corner of taillight outside area that the 2015-2017 does not. Not necessary either on 2015-2017, not sure if you can utilize them anyways. Same for 2018 the 2015-2017 will not have the ability to screw these into. Again not necessary.

The other difference is 2015-2017 has optional sensor holes; 2018+ all have holes for sensors.
