Normal to find this much oil under car?

The smell of burning oil has been frequent after first 1K miles. Ive heard they burn a lot, but is it normal to have it get all over stuff like this?

First oil change. 10,000 miles

Oil filter and the metal tube thing next to it also covered in oil. First oil change. 10,000 miles.

no not normal. check oil filter and valve covers. lots of post about loose oil filters and valve cover bolts. also check your oil level.

It's not normal for ANY amount of oil to be found outside of a sealed engine. It looks like it's only on the rear of the engine from what I can see in that picture, so it could be the rear main seal or the valve covers or the pan itself.
