I wonder how many customers that bought a GT350R are driving around in their cars thinking they have adjustable strut mounts? There are going to be a lot of pissed off people in the future.

Ford needs to step the F up, get control of this, get this component into all the owners hands, ASAP. If I were a corner office at Ford, I'd make it easy: get strut mounts to EVERYONE who bought a GT5000 + Handling|CFTP, and to all GT350R owners, and a voucher for a free oil change or something, clean up this __stupid__ customer experience issue, the parts are of no consequence in terms of cost, just make it right and then some.

Just for the record, the 2019 GT350 and GT350R share a common VIN, so the last 8 characters (L555****) may signify a GT350 or GT350R, the only way to know for sure is with a window sticker.

What about parts... cant you look up fhe vehicle report and it lists every part it came from ford as ordered?

I have not received the strut mounts and I bought the handling pack. I have asked my dealer several times and they cannot find anything. Called Ford Performance and talked to Tony. He said he thought only CFTP cars came with them but is going to check into it...

Tony is going to tell you they don't come with the Handling Package. Ask for his source and be as specific as possible.

His source is the Order Guide, and this is what he will say.

Handling Package
• Gurney Flap (Placed in vehicle for installation post-sale)
• Splitter Wickers (Placed in the vehicle for installation post sale)

I know. I've called them in the past regarding 2020 GT500 content and the Order Guide is what was cited. I couldn't believe the guys there don't have better access than that. A snippet I just capped from the guide available just after many of us ordered, notice that even the now included oil separator isn't listed under the Handling Package and that only the CFTP shows the plates...

My dealer, Nick Anderson, has been on this since I picked up my car. He's well versed in all the details mentioned in this thread. He told me last week he'd be speaking to his rep. Today he called and sent a text as well.

Ford basically said they didnt get put in many cars at all. Will get them shipped to me, and then I'll forward them to you!

This is for the camber plates as well as the front license plate bracket. I'll share what is sent as soon as I get it. Thanks again Nick!
