For kicks, I looked up the Honda Civic Type R lug nuts and they are ball seat and appear to be narrower than the Mustang lug nuts. They use a 22 mm lug socket but appear to have no bulge. I think even more so that it is the extreme bulge on the Mustang lug nuts that allows the lug nuts to hit the 150ft lbs .
