hi folks, had a look at the bumper intake on the stang and noticed it's got a pretty wide lattice on the top half and naff all on the bottom half and the air con radiator is showing a number of large hits. What do you folks use to protect your radiators? I had some pvc mesh on my old mr2 and it helped a fair bit. Cheers Allan

haha yes that would work but then that'd need a protector in front of it too :) Folks out there must be running something or expecting to go through air con and cooling radiators as consumables ?

Watching with interest as I’ve got the high flow Roush lower grill fitted which when the day high flow means it’s a big gaping hole !

if there is a discrete way to add some protection that would be great.

Having had both the EB, GT, and a meshed GT grille on mine, and having a big fuck you intercooler behind it, i can confirm they're very resistant to any stone.

Perhaps fit the US type lower grille which has the same “lattice” as the upper grille? Costs about £60-£70 from a Ford dealer and looks better as it matches the upper item.
