Who names their car?

Like the title says, who names their car? I need some help naming my 2015 Mustang GT Premium in Guard Metallic green/gray. I usually go with feminine names but I'm open. My last car was a 2015 Mazda 6 names Katya, a 2001 S2000 named O'ren Ichii. I have had other but I'm struggling with the Mustang!

I call my wife's Explorer "Dora"...just to piss her off. She calls it "Lew", as in Meriwether Lewis.

I don't ever name my own, though.

One of my dogs is “Ozzie”. Not sure if that’s a good name for a mustang.

If I had to call a car a name other than its model, it’d call it by its color.

I think naming a car is corny.

Ford named it Mustang, that's sufficient.

Pronoun to be used is "it"

I will relent. Anyone that owns a P-51 can name their Ford Mustang something else. Only exception!
