Is there any long term damage to the inside bits that ford puts the protective film on i.e door sills, seat belt holders, radio ect.
I plan on not taking any of it off.
I say no and a friend of mine yes what do you guys think?

You can have them leave it on if you want. Most will probably think it looks a bit tacky. Have to admit I keep a seat cover on my seat to ward off bolster wear and have some cling plastic on my door sill molding left over from the days I was using it to commute to work. Now that I'm retired I will probably remove it as I don't drive it as much now and I'm pretty careful with my use of my cars.

Over time the adhesive backing will break down and it may be be an issue. It happened on a door sill for my DD, I just remove them and keep them on the side now. Especially the radio plastic

I will say that getting in and out of the recaro seats to protect the bolsters is a different procedure than just sliding in and out like I did in the lazyboys my tech pack had. first time I sat in the R I smashed my plums:shock:
