White GT350

I just removed blue stripes on my gt350 and added black roof wrap. To me, it looks a lot cleaner, but now it looks like it is missing something. Any recommendations to look better?

How tough was it to remove the stripes and what did you use? I have the same car and I love the look of all white...

Heat gun on low and about 30min. Very easy.

for whatever reason I love the stripes better on a Shelby better than on a regular GT. They just never look right to me. White with the classic blue stripes was my second choice if I couldn’t find the magnetic I wanted.

I realize you want to make it yours...with the black roof ...I might go with black stripes if it was mine....although I have a different situation, I have white with no stripes....and as I like the low profile look...the blue strips give it that traditional look...I guess I can always go that way down the road

I was planning to remove the stripes on my Lead Foot, but after bringing it home they have definitely grown on me. I decided they are a big part of what make a Shelby unique, so I decided to leave them. I have seen other LF GT350s without stripes and like the OP said, it looks like they are missing something.

I would say do what you like. I can see how the white, no stripe and black roof will be an awesome clean combo. Matches the black trim and wheels.

However the stripes are what make the 350 diff from any other s550. And you just cant go wrong with white/blue stripes

My car is exactly what yours probably looks like.

It doesn’t drive like a GT and neither does it sit like a GT or sound like a GT. She is sexier without stripes in my opinion.

I wanted white with blue stripes but I had to settle for white with matte black stripes.
I bought the big worm blue stripe kit for down the road.

I think whatever your choice will be it has to be yours, don't rely on others, we all have personal likes and dislikes. Personally I would have the blue stripes on a white 350 and a black roof.

I removed the stripes from my Oxford White and I think it is cleaner (for now). I had my wheels powdercoated and I will eventually get the stripes painted back on in the same color as the wheels.

I’m usually not a fan of side stripes, but that looks bad ass...

I think it depends what you want the car to represent. I wanted more of the throwback feel so i added them to mine. I put my "gt350" at the very front, but in the back fits this setup nicely.
