I'm working on installing a set of the "Chef" headers on my car. Overall, I had a couple of issues. One is with the passenger side header, I slightly opened up the slots in the header flange where the studs go thorough. A couple of them were really tight when i slid them over the studs. That was the only issue on the passenger side. I had 0 issues with the AC line, there was lots of clearance there.
The driver side went on pretty easy but I do have some issues with the steering shaft, the 3rd tube from the front is more or less touching the shaft. I haven't had a chance to work on the car over Christmas but I'm hoping I can just shift the motor over a 1/4" by loosening the motor mounts. Seems to have worked for some other people. Otherwise I'll have to heat it with a torch and tap it to put a small dimple in the pipe to clearance it.
Make sure you have a 15mm ratcheting wrench when installing them, it was a lifesaver.
