I can only bid on this if I have any money left after this one:
Only the Music...!!!!Gotta luv the 80’s
That red interior!LOL That definitely brings back some memories Mine was a manual car. I do like the convertible body style better than the hatchback. I'd say go for it if you like it.^ Sweet!
I think '89 was really the sweet spot for Fox Mustangs. No airbags and it had the forged pistons.I had one of these 20th Anniversary models way back in the day, although it wasn't a convertible. I've had 4 different 5.0 foxbody cars and of all of them, the only 1 I really miss is my 89' 5.0 LX convertible that was blue with a darker blue convertible top.
I had an 85 GT first, then the 84 20th anniversary, then the 89 LX vert, and lastly a 90 LX Hatch. The 90 was the most modified one I had. I tried buying a 93 LX hatch, but the dealer at the time wouldn't budge on the price so I said screw him.LOL After the 90, I ended up buying a 95 Pontiac Firehawk. I had the Firehawk for about 8 years.I think '89 was really the sweet spot for Fox Mustangs. No airbags and it had the forged pistons.
The four eyes were good looking, but not quite as good for hot rodding.
I owned so many Fox Mustangs! In order (I think) I had an '89, an '85, '83, another '89 and an '87 through the years. After I sold the '87 a few years ago I told myself I was done with them. They used to be cheap and easy to find, but prices are starting to go up.
