Hey guys, I know this has been discussed here and there but I have yet to find a post just for Paxton guys and belt sizes. So, I figured we could list here what pulley/belt combo you are currently using on your Paxton unit as well as which hole you have your idler in. Feel free to post what has and has not worked for you in the past as well. I know its more of the people chasing big power numbers on a 6 rib set up but we all know how frustrating it can be trying to find a correct belt size when a lot of us have fixed this headache.

To start it off...

Paxton 2200sl with a 3.3 pulley and a gates K060994HD. Idler in the 2nd hole from the crank side.

I was previously running the K060997HD but was only getting 10-15 good pulls out of it before it was stretching and causing horrible belt slip.

Paxton 2200sl 3.6 pulley and a Gates MicroV K061020RPM belt. 2nd hole from left to right. I shaved a bit off of the stock tensioner tab to get it on. No issues so far.

For some reason my 2200 was equipped with a 3.12 pulley. I haven’t seen anyone run this pulley size as some say the 3.33 is already over spinning the blower. What would be a decent belt size to run to not go through belts fast.

i don't have a set size for that one, we normally keep 4 belts just for testing and play around with idler position and see which one gets us the tensioner almost topped out

100, 100.5, 101.5, and 102
