I hope all is well I hear Australia is on fire ?

I am down in a southern state where we haven’t been as badly affected, so far. But tomorrow is going to be horrific with 110 degree temps and high winds where some fires already burning.

The sad thing is that many of the fires are apparently deliberately lit, over months. They are a tragic loss in terms of people, animals, possessions and the environment.

The exhausted, brave and mostly volunteer firefighters are absolute heroes, risking their lives with many fires now currently burning around the country. Most have taken unpaid leave and/or holiday leave from their normal jobs.
