I follow this forum periodically, but have not posted in a long time...

I just added this new Shelby upgrade today - car instantly feels faster! (I decided to cover the 'SHAKER' logo.)
What do you all think?

Since you asked what I think.....
....I think it doesn't really belong on the car since Ford engineered 100% of it.

That said, it does look fine.

Yeah, I'm a Shelby fan...

It's a Ford. But I honestly don't think the Ford Mustang would still be around today if it had not been for Shelby and what he did in the '60s that shaped the image of the car. The Shelby versions of the Mustang are what captured the public's imagination and made it such a unique icon, from which to evolve for decades. Otherwise, it truly would have just been a quirky 'secretary's car', and likely obsolete long ago

(Boss, Mach, and other performance variations were only viable after Shelby had established the performance halo as potential for the car.)

Here's where I sourced it (a 1965-1966 GT350 part with a new purpose):

Do what makes you happy. I think the silver ties in nicely with the push start button.
