So your rear offset is +22? If so, I believe you will need a pretty significant spacer. My rears are +50 and I have 305/35/19 in the rear and they fit really nice.

+22 offset seems extreme. +50 will for sure fit.

A spacer with a +22 offset is the opposite of what he needs. That would push the wheel out even more. The +22 will already poke quite a bit

That is correct. Those offsets are for a completely different application.... Stick out of the fenders pretty bad. They will fit on a 350z or an airbagged Lexus...
