The thing is, i was kinda hoping Ford would of done something special for 137 2015 GT350s that were created....Since they are doing this for a 2020 GT350 it sparks my interest.
I agree. I was surprised this wasn't an option for the 50th anniversary GT350 cars as well. It's resulted in situations like this where Jay Leno bought the 50 year set but the colors don't match when Ford was 100% capable of doing it as they were already doing Wimbledon white on the 2015 50th Anniversary cars. Now Jay would have to get rid of the 50th anniversary and get the less impressive 55th anniversary. That being said, if I was him I totally would.

Agreed that the 2020 is a technically superior car to the 2015 in every way, but the 55th anniversary isn't as historically cool as the 50th anniversary and I think Ford missed the ball on this opportunity.
With Jay Leno’s money he probably wouldn’t get rid of his 50th anniversary he would just add the 55th anniversary to his collection and have both. Jay did comment that he took out the Recaro seats and replaced them with the standard Mustang seats but still has the Recaro’s to put back in if he sold it. Then said he would never sell it!
I don't think there are any limitations on total volume. This isn't a 1 of 150 option or anything like that and I don't think they're uniquely serialized because of it. If they went that far you'd really be looking at some markup of the package itself and the associated ADM's at the dealerships.
