This is a help request. Getting ready to trade my car in and it has been bagged for the last 2 years and no matter what I try I can't get the factory rear springs back in. Haven't seen a DIY on this... I think I will have to use my spring compression tool to get it in there. It's not dropping is like an aftermarket spring. Please help.

You need to lower the subframe more, and sometimes the exhaust too.

It's right yes, but you have to keep yanking down on it while you slide in the springs. You don't need a compressor, but a long pry bar may help.

I ended up dropping the whole sub frame and realigning. It worked
