Just changed the oil in my 2016 GT350 myself tonight and too found the door missing. Car has been to 3 different Ford dealerships & it could have gone missing at any of the 3 - can't call any of them so long after they touched it and point the finger, so I'm now on the hunt.

Does anyone have loads on where to find this part without having to buy a new shield (PN fr3z-17626-f). Thanks!

That sucks. I would suggest calling the Ford Dealer's service department anyway. Be friendly, and don't accuse them. Sometimes, you get lucky! They may have one (or two) laying around...

Buy the under-tray, the access door being an individual piece. Trace onto some paper make more than 1 tracing of it. Keeping under-tray in new condition, return under-tray, next day if possible.

Using the paper tracing, this could also be done before returning the tray. Transfere the pattern (access door) onto some cardboard, trim and check the fit of the cardboard part.

Don't know what the under-tray is made of cannot advise. Then make the part, of whatever under-tray is made of. If poly, sheet metal could be substituted, cannot weigh to much.

GT has a door as well, not sure its the same, but my question is why do you need it? In the GT, the other side is open so i can't believe its for aero purposes. Is the GT350 more for aero?

Find a friend with another GT350 and make it out of aluminum. It’s a simple part with a small jog in it. Send me some .032” T3 2024 aluminum and I’ll make one for you.
