So I just ordered my set of 20x10 SVE350 Graphite Wheels for Black Friday. I need to snag some TPMS Sensors. I can get the ford OEM with the activation clicker for 155 on Amazon but I see there are a lot of cheaper aftermarket brands. Are these a popular replacement or something most people stick with FoMOCO parts for?

I buy OEM TPMS sensors from Levittown Ford ( forum sponsor ) . I have 3 sets of wheels and never needed the clicker. I always worry on Amazon about getting counterfeit parts . I think they were 120 for the set, worth it not to get junk.

No clicker needed.

I bought part number F2GT-1A189-AB off eBay. No issues, and much cheaper than elsewhere. The seller I got mine from has them listed for $44.95 for four OEM sensors. They were real Ford parts and have worked well.

So those say 2015-17, do we know if that matters?

Just looked them up on Rock Auto and it looks like a 2018 GT uses the same sensors.

I ended up going with the set from amazon for 46 bucks. Same serial and part# as Rock Auto OEM 18's. Will chime in after the 20" SVE350's and tires are installed.

How do you know what frequency to get? I have seen 315,433 and 868 MHz I think used by Ford for their TPMS sensors. I have a new set of wheels on their way and would like to know how to k ow you will get a set that will work.

On my 2019 Mustang GT Premium, I found you can learn the sensors in yourself.
Turn the ignition on without depressing the clutch or brake.
Then toggle 6x the hazard lights. It could be more.

The display, I have the 12”, will ask for learning in a specific tire. Go out and release some air from the tire until the horn honks once. If it honks twice, an error has occurred and you will have to do it all over.

I believe the above procedure is only used when rotating the tires. It seems to fail at learning new sensors in. I went to CJ Pony Parts and found a video that tells you to
1. Depress brake once and release.
2. press Start button 3X ending in 'Run' mode
3. Depress the brake once and release
4. press Start button 3X or until the horn honks once and the display asks for the Left Front tire.

This procedure will add sensors to the car.
