Ouch, that's pretty harsh.

Is this a projected inferiority/superiority complex thing? You're saying the EB isn't the same but you're throwing the GT in with the likes of the 350 and 500? Get real. The GT is much closer to the EB than it is to a GT350 and GT500. The entire front half of those cars is not the same as or easily interchangeable with the EB/GT. There's even packages for the EB that completely outfit them with GT suspension parts. There's nothing like that exclusive to the GT where it gets some 350/500 parts (magneride doesn't count as it's available on the EB as well).Ummm GT and Ecoboost are not the same! Seriously love the EB, but GT, GT350, GT350R, GT500 owners will tell you they are not the same. Each have their respective niches. I would be happy with a stable of all varients for sure. Unfortunately, I can only have my GT and my wife needs a Mach E. (Shh).
OK, let's just get this out of the way right now. Every horse breed Ford can put under the "Mustang" brand. Personally I like the Mustang Clydesdale and the Mustang Mustang! The next gen Mustang coupe will be called the Mustang Gelding.
OK, this is a Mach-E thread. No posts about real Mustangs are allowed on this thread. Is this a projected inferiority/superiority complex thing? This is where your argument goes wrong. The Mustang name is not going to push this car, if anything it is holding it back. People are pissing all over it and every buyer will have to endure years of mockery for driving a fake Mustang. The Mustang name is their asset; it is has a rich and popular heritage and they need that right now to push Mach E as best they could.
No one can argue or disagree with your feelings. That said we do not really know whether or not the Mustang name is going to help or hurt sales of the Mach-E. It's all conjecture at this point. Our hearts wants it to fail, our heads knows it's better for all of us if it succeeds. The Mustang name is not going to push this car, if anything it is holding it back. You mean the Mocky?I will continue to mock the Mach E till they (Ford) drop the Mustang from the name.
I keep thinking to myself....how dumb can they be?
I get sad just thinking about it.
Yep, you said it.You mean the Mocky?
All three need to crack some skulls over in South Korea first though.Ford, or GM or Audi group should be able to make one better and cheaper than Tesla.
