This is a brand new vinyl windshield banner from the Ford Performance Racing School at Utah Motorsports Park - made by Falcon Graphics, the official supplier of decals to the school (also located at the track).

Bad angle in the pic doesn't show the full head-on view of the decal due to the fact that it has been rolled up in the box for a while. Also, the reflections make it look like there is an extra white line - that is just lighting.
