Will GT rear diff fit V6?

I'm able to pick up a GT LSD with 3.55 gears for nothing from a friend and was hoping someone would know if it is a direct fit replacement for the 3.15 rear on my V6? Both are manual trans.
I thought I read somewhere it could be swapped, but can't find the thread at the moment...

Yes,I've done it. I believe there may have been some changes with a redesign with 2018 MY with the flange for the drive shaft.

Thanks for the reply, both are 2015 cars so the 93/110mm, 95/113mm flange design change I read about shouldn't play into it, but I didn't know if they were the same pumpkin or not otherwise.
Be nice to have the steeper gears though!
