During the original launch, any Popeyes you passed had a line into the highway from open to close.

During the relaunch it was the same story for 4-5 days. Now the lines stay within the parking lot seemingly.

My girl and I went out in the initial launch to see what all the hype was about. Took about 15-20min (going inside). No one was unruly about it.

I agree it’s pathetic people are fighting over a sandwich. Imagine how uneventful this would be prior to social media. People would have had to find out by word of mouth.

OP Why bash a restaurant chain when it today's society that is wrong. Has nothing to do with Popeye's restaurants.
Today's relaxed laws and trying to be compassionate and understanding to the point there is no punishment.
In some parts of California you can shoplift up to $700.00 and not get charged, heck why wait for Black Friday sales. Now they have people from out of state shopping (shoplifting) there. True socialism there.
