Voo Doo’s 2019 DHG BULLITT .....um..Changes!!

well, one thing right...one thing wrong....another thing very wrong!! 1st... you don’t have to “get it”....about anyone else’s choices!!.... Yes, I bought a BULLITT... as the title states... this is a “Change” thread...never called it a “Build” thread... and a big YES...it’s still a BULLITT ! When I fire this puppy up and take it for a burn... the heart of the beast comes alive!! ...the sound is incredible!
Ford refers to these cars as “Feature Cars”... they are just cars. Period. Not Collector Status!!! The only thing that matters to me is...

Couldn't agree more, however, with your overall ethos. It's your car, it's your money. Spend it as you see fit, and the only person's opinion that matters as it applies to your car is YOU!

EDIT: Your signature clearly states that you have a "build" thread. It's not a "build" thread. It's a "mod" thread. If your were making significant structural/engineering changes to the car, then it would be a "build" thread.

well this could go on forever but then I always consider the source!! ...you do have some spoons you’ve used in previous threads to stir things up!!

so....Build Thread... you mean like adding Steeda IRS Braces and bushings , Steeda lowering springs, drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic brake pads... that kind of structural stuff?? McQueen Tune..like that? Got em all!!!

Like your mods! I dont have much extra time to spend on the car. Just want to find time to drive it. I have always been a hp and handling mod man. Had plans for buying a FR suspension kit...but spent my money on a shotgun for my hobby. Cowboy action shooting. Not enough time and money

Ric, your Bullitt is gorgeous! Mine is just a few weeks old and I’m totally inspired to do some subtle mods similar to yours. First I’m thinking of the exact same wheels, maybe different tires. Are yours definitely Chrome Powder? I ask because they are SHINY (which I like), much more so than they look on the Shelby site. The site makes them look almost two-tone...

Also, did you have to recalibrate the speedo when going from 19 to 20s?

thanx @grnmstr ....love your handle!!...yes, those are their polished chrome! I just sold them to a 2010 Shelby GT500 owner!! I’m going for a different look this year !!!! The rear spoiler I love as it still appears to be somewhat subtle and flows with the body lines. I added that one to my Black Magic 2015 as well!! I ran the silver digital faded rocker stripes for a while but got rid of them!! This year my ride will look like this...

@Voo Doo You inspire me! But wait, you said your former wheels were polished chrome, but Shelby’s site only lists one chrome version as “powder chrome”. Are those the same?
