I have a Kenne Bell '16 GT that has been super reliable and makes great power, but when I trade it in I won't even bother removing the kit because it was a beyotch to install, and some stock parts had to be modified, so it's not worth my time and trouble to remove.

I'm thinking of stepping up to a '19 GT A10 and will add FI, but don't want something as difficult as the KB to remove when I decide to trade up again. I assume the Hellion sleeper and Procharger are the easiest to return to stock?

Also, anyone daily driving their Hellion sleeper kits? If so, how is it? I had a procharger on my daily many years ago (a '94 Cobra) and other than pulleys failing every 10k miles or so, it was a good kit.

Procharger would be the easiest to return to stock.

Limitless performance and fabrication bottom mount twin turbo kit will be easier. Oillesss turbos so no scavenge pump.
All you have to do is swap the driver side header with a s197 header, mount the turbo elbows and turbos. Run the piping to the intercooler. Mount the intercooler. Run the pipe from intercooler to the intake. T into coolant line and run two lines to the turbos. Run wastegate lines. Small little things missing I'm sure, but that's the jist of it.
No modifications to the body. No cutting/welding anything. About 4 hours to install. Of course other things you can add like boost controller, two step, opg/cs and other supporting mods

Have they worked out the issues they were having with the oil-less turbos? This will be a daily driver so it must be reliable and I know the oil-less turbos of the past had a bad reliability record. It does seem like LPF makes a nice kit.

Hello.

We design the kit to be 100% bolt on, and remove easily if needed. We have many customers who trade in their car and they keep the kit to go on the new model. If you have any questions please let us know!

Yeah the Gen 1's had a problem with the grease fittings coming out. Now those are built into the housings. Believe they started that on their Gen 2's and are now on their Gen 3's. They also just came out with a waterless and oilless turbo but I don't know anyone that has tried it. Pretty interesting though and should be a big game changer if it works out well.
LPF also offers their tuning and return style fuel system. Couple that with injecors, opg/cs and a boost controller and be ready for 1000whp on E85!

It took me 5 hours by myself to return my Procharger system back to stock, and that included a Fore L4 system, and catless exhaust all back to stock never even know it was installed.

Either Procharger or Whipple would probably be the easiest to install. I've personally taken my procharger off in like 3 hours. Not having to mess with headers is a big plus on install and removing. Let me know if you'd like to get a quote on a kit and I will be glad to help.

Why does the header have to be removed? Is it because of the flange that's missing on the 15 and up header?
Yup exactly since it is one whole piece till way further down the midpipe. The driver side header is maybe a 30 minute job.
All of the bottom mount kits require this or to switch to tubular manifolds.

Procharger will be easier to uninstall. Headers are not usually an easy job

The driver side is. Especially when just putting another "stock" header in. Out and In roughly 30min.

procharger is the easiest to install and return to stock simply due to install time, the hellion and any other power adder can be done might just take a little longer,

feel free to hit me up with any questions

thats easy, as vortech and paxton's largest dealer, we not only sell, but install tons of these combos,

If you want to run any sleeper low mount kit you will want to remove both headers. Unless you want less than 750 HP. The stock headers are ok. But if you plan on turning it up some go for some JBA shorty headers for the kit. Great upgrade and well worth it. Stock headers combined to with small A/R housing create back pressure. And can cause valve float. I upgraded my A/R housing to .96 which creates a bit more lag but these bitches hit up top. Been there done that with these kits on my 16 and 18 GT. I have been thinking of swapping over to Comp turbos to eliminate the savage pump but..........these Precision turbos have been solid. No failures here. When Comp makes there turbos bullet proof I just might swap to them to eliminate the savage pump. I'm sure some will chime in with other opinions but this has been my experience.

Procharger will 100% be the easier to install/uninstall. If that is the main concern look no farther.
