I seriously can’t believe my car got released, I just talked to Tony at Ford Performance and yes the car has been released, although currently still at the plant.
I can’t thank you guys enough @Snoopy49 and @stixxx and others for the info along the way!! Got a Dyno at Brenspeed getting set up for it first day weather clears enough to do so. Good luck to the rest of you guys and hope they start moving these cars quickly for you!

Mine still reads in production, even though I know it’s ready to ship. Via, @Snoopy49, my dealer and Ford Performance. I don’t know why but I’ll feel a lot better seeing it on my phone!!

Since my Shelby will be delivered to Village Ford in Dearborn about 17 miles from the plant, any insight on how that delivery is accomplished? Are they usually picked up at the plant and delivered by a covered commercial carrier. Hopefully not driven. Could just see some kid picking this up and having a bit of fun before me. Unless it was Noah of course, that would be okay.

Based on past experience and even though you are not very far from the FRAP I suggest that your car will arrive via an open top transport truck as that is the way that every Ford dealership receives their vehicles for the final leg delivery regardless of the mileage or distance from FR.

The only exception to all that being the Ford GT's which are shipped directly to a customer or dealership via an enclosed transport truck and believe that Reliable Carriers out of Canton, Michigan have that contract with Ford even with those cars being produced in Markham, Ontario Canada.

I might as well add to your paranoia. In the late 60's, 8-10 railcars loaded with Chevy Impalas & Caprices derailed in sw Iowa. Most were hanging on their side by the chains, with their suspensions compressed & tires near flat on the down side. A few had broken loose and had crushed roofs and smashed sides. Keep your fingers crossed. ;-)

I have had issues with 6g as well must be something they are doing with servers or IP addresses
