Has anyone taken delivery of a UK spec 2020 Mustang?

Has anyone taken delivery of a UK spec 2020 Mustang? I am waiting on delivery of mine, but the Ford dealer is unable to issue plates due to either emissions of compliance reasons. Has anyone heard of this issue or know any specifics? Thanks for the feedback.

Yup no 2020 models can be registered till December, as you said it’s down to emissions and tax bands etc that still aren’t decided I was told at work. Same happened when the new Focus ST arrived a couple of months ago, customers had to wait till it could be taxed for over a month!

I’d scrap your order and snap up a 2019 model that’s in stock somewhere with a nice discount and 0% finance!

My 2020 GT convertible PP1 has arrived finally to Spain and I have even driven it around the dealership. I expected to get the plate tomorrow and now they tell me that the documentation is withheld pending approval. I’m so worried about, I can’t believe it!
