I don't think you have a chance. I pulled about a car length on a stock 2019 GT Auto with my 2013 GT manual with a cobra jet NA setup running 93 with a bama tune. I ran him again with my VMP gen 2R setup and it wasn't even close. We did a couple 30 rolls and some 50 rolls. On the 50 rolls I even started in forth instead of 3rd and still pulled away from him pretty hard.
Really:question:Since it's your first post, do you have any 1\4 mile slips to back that up? I only ask because I ran 11.8 @ 115 mph and a stock A10 pulls on me on the street!

I have never tracked the car so I don't have any slips. I'm just telling what happened in this case. Maybe he isn't a good driver? My car is track pack with a 373 rear end so maybe that made a difference too.

We did multiple rolls for each and the results were pretty consistent,

He should of pulled on you like a freight train! Maybe it was a eco boost with GT badging! It wouldn't be a first! Did he demand a 1\2 throttle race by chance? I'f that's the case, nothing touches a eco boost at 1\2 throttle!

I work with the guy so I know its a '19 GT 10 speed. Gotta give the S197 some credit.

Unless there's video or pics of slips, it's your story so tell it however you would like!
It is pretty unbelievable that a lighter car making more power would keep up/beat a stock GT. But believe whatever you would like. Just trying to give the OP some sort of expectation management.

lol... I just drove a 2012 GT500 (100% stock including tires) and it isn't going to beat a 19 A10 from a roll. Roush tuning is insanely safe which holds the car back. Ask me how I know.

Update....the 2018 gt A10 300a performance pk, is in my garage now, patiently awaiting spring time. To see how it stacks up w the Roush. I tried to post pictures of both cars, but cant figure out how.

You ever heard of E85 tuning on 18 up gen3’s? Pretty simple and affordable mod that will add 5-7 tenths and 6-9 mph to a stock a10 in the quarter.

Your 300a base A10 does not have drag mode. They are slower than 301a up premium cars that have drag mode. Drag mode is worth 2-3 tenths 2-3 mph by itself.

Do yourself a favor and get it tuned on E85 to get drag mode back with the tuning. If you run that Roush best 4 out of 5 you will win. Does the Roush have OEM tires?? Make sure your tires are equal (not him on DR and you stock).

He has the stock 275/35/20 cooper zeon rs3 from Roush. I currently have the oem performance pk Michelin 275/35/19. I also have a set of sve r350 19x10 wheels w 285/35/19 cooper zeon Rs3 and a set of sve drift 19x9.5 w 275/40/19 Sumitomo HTR A/S P02 (tirerack listed as all season ultra high performance) I can bolt on. I'm not sure which wheels to run. Stock r probably most traction but also heaviest. I'm leaning towards the 285/35/19 coopers on the 19x10 sve wheels as a middle ground between weight and traction. As far as drag mode, I have ordered a sync3 upgrade kit from Hellhorse. I should have it installed and drag mode activated by spring when we run them. I want to stay away from a tune for this race to keep it some what apples to apples. He could very easily drop pulley size, tune and blow me away once we open the aftermarket door wide.

I missed that you didn’t have drag mode: you’ll need that. Btw a little secret on Roush tunes and other canned supercharger tunes. They pull timing quickly when it gets hot. So pick a hot day (above 80) and do best 2 out of 3, back to back from a dig to say 100. He’ll best you in a roll race due to constant good air so stay from that unless you go E85.
