I looking to do a square 305/30 setup on my new 2018 GT. It has the factory 19's that a non performance pack car comes with. I would like to upgrade to the PP brakes eventually, so I will be sticking with that size wheel. I am looking to get some konig dekagrams 19x10.5.

And P4S' 305/30

(not getting from that site, I know I can get cheaper elsewhere)

I just want to know what I'll need to get these johnnys fitted right. Size and quality spacers and all that. I will be getting things like the steeda camber plates as part of my suspension upgrades, but would I have to get them when I get the wheels so that they will fit properly? Thanks in advance for the help.

A lot of camber. A 10.5” +23 is super aggressive, especially for the rear

I was thinking that it might too aggressive especially for a mostly street car. What square setup would you recommend for a mostly street but still good grip on track?

Are you looking for square rotatable (without spacers) fitment specifically?

19x10.5 ET23 is going to stick out like 8/10" too far in the rear. A 19x10.5 should have more like a ET 40-45 offset to fit well in the rear.

^^^this. But those same wheels will hit the front struts big time. I’d step down to the 19x9.5A +35 and add small spacers to get the desired fitment

No, I'm not sure they'll hit the front struts. 19x11 ET 26 is a (pokey) but normal fit for a wide wheel with a 305 and clears the strut. With the wheels being slightly narrower and 3mm farther out, they should clear the front (and require healthy camber to tuck under the front fenders). Just embarrassingly pokey in the rear.

Oh yeah, a 10.5 + 23 would clear for sure. I was referring the 10.5 +40-45 you had mentioned

For the experts, does anyone know if 19x11, +24 and +50 offsets front and rear will fit 305s without spacers and studs?

Yes. Check out @Biggsy’s build thread if you get a chance. He’s running 19x11 +26 and +52 without issue. And you’ll have another 2mm clearance over that. Plus, he’s a fellow Marylander!

Edit; I’ll add that he’s using 295/35 Conti’s but I can’t imagine that a 305/35 (unless the specific tire runs extra wide) would be too wide to cause issues

with a 10.5 the max you want to do is +32 for square. He isn't active on the site anymore but @NightParade was running Work wheels that were 10.5 +32 on coilovers. But he was running it with a 275. Another user did that same square set up but with 295s on Eibach Pro here is the link https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/new-wheels-work-t7r-on-shadow-black-gt.93621/#post-2059659

Yes sir! I have the Apex wheels. I went 295s instead of 305 to have a 35 series tire. The only 305/35 option was MPSS and I couldn't find a great deal for those. Plus the 295s allow more room for camber. I am running a 3mm spacer in the back

@Biggsy was just about PM you lol. Thanks for the information. I am considering the MRR M600, I can get a set of 4 for a bit under $1,000. Really want your APEX setup though. MRRs are though only 24 lbs, so nice. How much camber did you have to put into it to make it fit, or no issue? Sorry, that's all and then I'll quit sidetracking the OP's thread lol.

Cant beat that price with the MRRs. Camber wasn't an issue at all. Initially the shop did -1.2 because i forgot to scratch out what BMR had on their suggested alignment so they went on the low end but i just got another one done at a different shop two weeks ago and im at -1.7 with no issue at all. A lot more room left and per Apex fitment guide it looks like you can get all the way to -2.2.

lol sorry OP

No need to apologize, I'm glad with all the information I got from the thread. So I'll step down to the 9.5A +35 for a proper square with these wheels then. Would I also go down in tire width to the 295s as well?
