Hi Guys - Anybody going to make it to Gosh Ford Temecula this Sunday 11-02 for free coffee and donuts ?
Usually about 70 hotrods there...lots of people and cars. for a few hours 730-1030
Find the GTTYUP car and give me a holler.

I just went to my first Drag Event there not long ago, was a blast! If I'm looking at this right, you basically get to race around the track for that event, right? I'm fairly new to all this so I'm still trying to figure it all out. I probably would go, but the $200+ price for entry is making me steer away a bit.

You get a minimum of four 25 minute sessions on what they call the Roval, big straightaway, high banked Nascar turns, and running through the infield with another 2 straightaways. Decently enjoyable track with our big powerful cars where you'll do 140+ on the straight. These guys aren't the only ones doing it, but those other groups are close to double the price, and if you race, it may be closer to triple, so the best way to get seat time, if turning is your thing.
100 mins, $200, not that bad. What's drag racing, $30 for 90 seconds?

I am down for some sort of cruise on Monday. There are still many roads I need to be shown around here. If the weather is too nice or too bad, it will probably turn into a motorcycle ride for me.
