Seat leather worn (1.5 years old)

My 2018 as whitish leather. It appears that the color is peeling. Desler said it s dirty. Theys said use meguiars. It doesn t work and i m sure it s peeling. It s in the seat where my butt is. What can i do ? Clean my butt :-)

Take it to another dealer. They need to take pictures and submit a claim to Ford.

I almost never wear jeans. Just wool trousers or cotton trousers

So ford said it is external abuse. I ask if they can proove it ? Of course not. May be my ass is the culprit.
So i m going to fight with ford customer services

ford customer dont care service said they won t change their decision
So i went to another dealer. The one from wich i bought the car and it was accepted 2 days after.

So they are replacing the upholstery on just that seat?

I don t have the details, but first there were talking about upholstery. . I think they are going to change just the bottom wich could result in a color difference though.

Got the same issue on my dark saddle and first visit to dealer was a laugh and 'no covered under warranty'.

Car has 17K miles....
