The bigger issue is what would this kid do at a car meet or car show outside. We have exotics and espresso's here in MIA. AT Prestige Imports. Can you imagine this kid coming there and start to jungle gym on a vintage Ferrari ? Wow.........that would not end well.

a solid cuff across the ear and I suspect he wouldn't do it again. From the body language I'm guessing he wanted to see what was below the vent.

For a kid to do that indicates very bad parenting. At that age my children would have been respectful of any other person's property. They are both very over due for a serious spanking.

The idea is to make the paint perfect before ceramic coating, applying ceramic over a non paint corrected car is just idiotic, your just entombing the problems. Ceramic is the easy part, the paint correction is the HARD time consuming part.
I agree a 100%. My problem is when something happens to the car after it’s coated. A friend of mine has a red 2007 GT500 paint corrected and ceramic coated. Absolutely done to perfection. He moved his snowblower next to the car and scratched the rear quarter panel. I wet sanded the scratch out.
Polishing the rest of the panel out was time consuming to get the ceramic coating off. I could have wet sanded the whole panel to save time but that would flatten the paint texture a little more and it would look a little smoother than the rest of the car. I totally understand why people love ceramic coating. Polishing my car is therapy for me. When I can no longer do it because of age or health problems I’ll consider ceramic coating.

Haha, its insane. I don't know what I would do if i walked out into the parking lot and saw someone laying on my Shelby.

Well, I know my first reaction...any good lawyers in the forum?

My first reaction was with most of you, “get that kid off the car!!” Then I cam across this pic, look at who is in drivers seat! Isn’t it funny how much different we look at cars today?.

Even adjusted for inflation that car wasn't as expensive or fancy as ours are. Plus it was a PR shoot not random kids touching what they shouldn't. My 69's use to buff out easy in comparison to my clear coated thin paint 2015 or 2019.

Does such a person exist? :-)
There is no way you can use the term "good" and "lawyer" in the same sentence. Unless you mean the lawyer is good at taking your money.
