Just ordered the long range dual motor as a commuter, but I gotta wait 6-10 weeks : 0

My Father just bought one a few weeks ago. I drove it last weekend and I must say its a blast to drive. It will hurt a lot of people's feelings on the street with that instant torque. I believe they'll do around 11.5-11.7 in the 1/4 at about 117mph. I wouldn't mind having one as a daily myself.

Yeah. Stoplight to stoplight they’re def a handful!

I didn’t get the Performance; can’t rationalize a $70K commuter car right now (or ever). The dual motor is stout enough and gives me 310 miles of range. It’s essentially a software-capped Performance model. It has the same motors. Once upon a time Tesla had a software upgrade called Stealth, that brought the 0-60 times of the dual motor down to the low 3 second range from the low 4s
