Buy the R. Replace and keep the Recaros.
This is what I'd personally do. Then if you ever sell the R it can go with the original seats for it. You'll still have no problem selling the replacement seats you buy for it.

I agree. If anyone ever broke the package up, it would be a very difficult time selling it down the road. There is a guy on this forum who is selling his CF wheels. I get that they are worth coin, but selling the car down the road without the major parts and pieces will be difficult.

Again, if the OP would like to send me his R recaros, Id love to have them.

R - I made the switch - well worth it... but it was expensive... should have held out for an R originally
As someone that has driven both, the difference was minimal to me, both belonged to friends and I really got to test them out. I was still leaning towards the R though when I was considering the gt350, simply because the value of the carbon fiber wheels for the difference in price was quite a steal.

As someone who has owned both, the difference is huge. Get the R. Never look back or doubt you made the right choice the first time. Unlike many of us.

If you don’t buy the R, pass on the lead to me!!!
If you don’t have to have a black R, check out the lead thread. There’s a performance blue with white stripes R on there for 6K off !!
