would you be able to share that log or say what the fuel pump duty cycle is. Thanks!
Here is the log. in order to get it to display properly, you will need to remove the .xls extension off of the end of the file. That's the only way I could get it to upload.

I ran 9.3 @ 149mph on a entire stock fuel system with BAP on race gas... Thats about the limits of the stock pump for sure, id imagine a drop in pump and BAP would support a lot of power on race gas alone not E85.

What octane

I don't blame Jon, he's trying to keep our cars alive. My '18 Mustang was the last to be tuned by him in 2018 with the DW400/BAP/ E85 because of the many track tests and logs we did together. As I made changes and began dropping pulley sizes, my fuel pressure just wouldn't hold at the top of the RPM's. It just wasn't consistent or safe to keep supporting on a mass scale as a tuner in my opinion. I then made the switch to a full fuel system and all is well. (fyi- I was able to get down to the mid 9's @ 148mph on the DW400/E85/BAP but the pressure was dropping up top, for my experience on the HP threshold)
This setup was 3.6 or lower

I have some problems with my DW400 with BAP
(the pump have the check valve). I installed the pump and when I try to pass 3000 rpm the car present the error P008 low fue pressure, I remove the pump and use the stock pump with the BAP and problem solve. Another issues is when the car have only 50 miles for empty automatic the car loss power and blow out automatically. In others words you dont have reserve of fuel. This is my experience with DW400 (PD Customer Services of Deachwerk its excellent). My fuel combination its DW95 injectors, fore fuel rails,VmP bap and now the stock pump.

Damn did you ever figure out what caused this?

I hope I dont have this issue because I plan on going dw400 with a BAP.

I'm running the dw400 with a bap, its marginally better then the stock pump with a bap on my car. I think the restrictions are the factory regulator, fuel line and rails at that point.

I will have the whipple rails so, hopefully its all good.. seems like people on the first page had great luck with the dw400 and a BAP even running near 800rwhp on e85 with whipple setups..

What type of FI do you have?

IMO, BAP is a bandaid.
Well, in a lot of situations bandaids are basically the only thing worth using, like papercuts, boosting fuel pressure slightly to give more overhead etc.

I run a dw400 and a JMS bap, on 101 made over 900whp, did and auto swap and now make 865 on 101 with no issue at all.

Vortech. I'm sure the rails will help but I think its multiple issues causing the lack of fuel. I think the stock mechanical regulator does not support the extra flow well.

There's much better ways to get some 'overhead'. Again, JMO.

That's cause the density of 101 (race gas I'm assuming) is far denser than E85

The stock fuel pump is damn near just as good as the DW400. Ifyou get rid of the stock pressure regulator for a boost reference one. change out your fuel line, fuel rails and use a fuel pump boost you are good to 1000+

That sounds great if its applicable to e85 or even ~800rwhp on e85. Why dont any companies offer packages like that? Is that also only applicable to 2018+? I know whipple just includes a dw400 with their stage 2 kit, but no BAP, so I assumed its significantly better than stock.
