Replying to my own post , just had to throw some more pictures up . This thing is a work of art . But also a pain in the assignment to work on . Note the guy that owns this was turned down on a the new gt . Reason from fmc , he doesn't drive this one enough . 550 on the clock . He just bought a r let's see how many miles he will clock on that . I know he doese drive his 500 ......think that one has 5k on it

Very nice.. I have a brand new 2018 manifold in the box, for my 2017PP, it has been in my closet for 6 months, the great debate of warranty loss, has keep it from being installed. I bought the damn ford extended warranty as well. Looking forward to hearing your results..

Just received my final tune and went for a drive. The car pulls HARD and i cant be happier with the performance. Glad I did it before the weather started changing.

I reattached my rear "dash" camera. The manufacturer's double sided tape gave up after a few years. Don't know why Thinkware made the pad for the tape recessed maybe a millimeter or two so the tape has to be precision cut to fit. Used Gorilla Tape. With a 30 lb rating, should keep the one ounce camera in place for a while.

While in the area, I cleaned the inside of the rear window with a Stoner Reach & Clean tool.

Detailed the engine compartment. Included a coat of Blackfire sealant on the painted strut tower brace and coil covers.The battery cover had always had a stain that looked like some orange liquid dried on it. General purpose cleaners never made a dent but Back to Black did the trick.

Installed Sync3 build 19205 in the last few days.

Buttoned up the stereo install Saturday and the fuel door showed up today so that when on.

New Sync 3.0 update is downloading right now... should have it installed shortly. They say up to an hour, but the last update was more like 10 minutes. Hopefully this fixes the Waze displayed speed error of about 14%... looks pretty dramatic, but the fun level just doesn't match...

It turned out about the same again. I hate that the car has to be just sitting there running the whole time, but 10-15 min is a lot more tolerable than the hour Ford talks about in the instructions. Drive to work will be the test this morning.
