Pay $25 to MCOA to join and then you'll be able to get your pin.

That's the eligibility we used for ours. Of course, while there I found out I also qualified for X plan through work so I could have saved the $25.

Don't bother with X-Plan. Just tell your dealership you have X-Plan and you can get x-plan anywhere. Tell them you are willing to buy today if they can do better than x-plan.

I've heard that tactic before. We tried that, none of the dealers around here seemed to care. Granted, that's just 3 "companies" that control the 5 dealers out this way so maybe that works with better competition. We did at least get the 0% from ford which over the life of the loan saved us another $6k or so.
