Hello it’s been a while since I’ve been on here. So I have a 2015 v6 mustang and I have a lot of added accessories such as airlift, subs, interior RGB lights etc. and I’ve been struggling finding a better power source for all these things. I tried looking for a bigger battery and more powerful alternator but I can’t find anything anywhere for the 3.7. I’ve already gone through 2 batteries and two alternators and is just costing more in the long run. And now I want to add some custom headlights and I’m worried that I might overload the battery.

Might want to look into adding a secondary deep cycle battery to run your accessories. Also add an automatic solenoid ( can't remember the proper name of the electronic ) that automatically charges secondary battery while car is running and disconnects primary battery while engine is off so that you only use secondary battery. I have my accessories in my truck set up this way and have not had an issue in over 7 years. I run a gel Kinetic battery almost the size of your typical motorcycle battery to power my accessories. See below links for information.

Did you ever end up adding the second battery? If so where did you put it and how has it been working for you thus far?

I installed a red top optima also the alternator is computer controlled so you can increase the output of the alternator by changing the settings in the tune

I'd look into a Northstar or oddessy battery. They are the best of quality agm batteries made in the USA
