Honestly,

The MM should buy that historical piece of Mustang history and display it so that it can be enjoyed for years and years.

I still can’t believe the owner is going to auction it off... it’s going to end up in the wrong hands of someone who does not appreciate what that car is to the Mustang, Automotive and Movie history.

Doubt the owners museum could afford it. Some of the estimates are saying 4 mill plus. I bet it goes for crazy money.

I saw it at the Somernites cruise in August. Honestly, it looks like crap. Lol Wish I found it in my barn, though.

Thanks for the heads up Bikerman. I've been wanting to go the museum and also to see the original Bullitt. Since that's my birthday weekend it worked out great. Just bought my tickets and reserved a room.

i have a feeling someone will buy the car and ship it overseas to never been since again. Kinda like who purchased the 2000 Gone in 60 Seconds Eleanor Hero car.....Apparently that car is in Germany now
