Your car looks good low, that’s why you lowered it right.
Jacking it up .500” ain’t gonna do much. That’s a gamble I wouldn’t take.

Honestly, you should give thought to Milltek exhaust system with the EC approved resonator to silence the longtubes. Not sure if Milltek will sell just the EC resonator.
The issue is where the long tubes he has place the catback, not the resonator itself. The car still looks fantastic with a 0.5" drop vs 1".

the spring spacers won't really help. I have their ultralite linear springs with a 1/4" spacer in the rear (raises a 1/2") with 275/40's on the front so about 1/3" higher than the 285/35's you're running and scrape my ARH cats on my driveway which has a terrible angle.

Took to muffler shop to raise a little and it worked but the mid pipe got knocked off going up a mobile dyno so now have same problem. Considering go back to stock resonator since it’s thinner.

Get metal plates welded onto the low-hanging part of your exhaust system.

Which... would make it hang even lower, which would make it scrape even more than it already does.

That's the whole point. For the plate to scrape instead of your x-pipe/cat/whatever pipe. If your pipes scrape enough, it'll put holes in them. Ask me how I know.

The plate is a protector.

I'm lowered 2 inches and have LTHs...

An outside the box approach: get 20” wheels with the same height tires (so go up from 285/35/19 to 285/35/20). That should give you 0.5 inches more of clearance — though you may trade ground clearance issues with wheel well rubbing issues so measure first.
