I’m thinking about having an Xpipe installed on my 2019 GT . What I would like to know is which one is best and if anyone knows a good shop in the Brick,NJ area to do the install. I could do it myself but I’m 62 and I don’t really feel like crawling under the car on jack stands. Thanks in advance

Id recommend a steeda x pipe after seeing the welds on the h pipe i bought a few weeks ago. Realistically they are all similar id imagine.

The install is so easy id think any muffler shop can do it, unless by talking with em the sound like idiots. My buddy and i did the axel back mufflers a while back, and the h pipe a couple weeks ago. Both on jack stands. Easy. With a lift its a 30 min job.

If I could do it again, I'd go Steeda. Roush isn't bad by any means and does the job but the other Steeda parts I did go with seem a little better quality. Also, Roush may be part of an evil empire.....kidding of course lol.

Agree for Steeda. Just got the h pipe and quality looks far superior to others in the same price range

With the Stainless Works Long Tubes and Magnaflow Comps my system was loud but the rasp and drone sucked. I installed a Magnaflow Resonated X and it killed the drone and rasp but still had the flow I needed. Sounds Great Now!

Went with the MBRP 409 stainless X pipe on my 19’ GT with active exhaust. Sounds phenomenal

I’ll take some in the next day or so. I ran an SVE x pipe on my previous GT, and the welds/quality on the MBRP are noticeably better.

I installed a bare bones $110 x-pipe from CJP and while it won't last forever, the sound is exactly as expected. It should be super easy for ANY muffler shop to do. Cut the exhaust pipes 4" behind the rear of the resonator on both sides and reinstall the x-pipe. Its that easy. The most time consuming part is realigning the exhaust tips before tightening down all the clamps.
