Maybe the addition of hops originated from hops grown in India?I asked some of the Indians I work with about IPA and they don't like it or know how it got that name.

Thanks a lot! The Indians I asked knew the English had something to do with it, but didn't know much else.
Same for me but I would add sours, shandys, and hefes. For me IPAs are like drinking a bouquet of flowers.Stouts, Porters and Reds. But NO IPA’s. Hate the heavy hop taste. For me, drinking an IPA is like drinking a boiled out evergreen tree.
It's nothing a few ounces of lemon lime soda can't cure, lolStouts, Porters and Reds. But NO IPA’s. Hate the heavy hop taste. For me, drinking an IPA is like drinking a boiled out evergreen tree.
It has to be done right, the underlying beer has to be kickass, and the pumpkin has to have the right balance of the fruit and the spices.Eeeeeeeeewww.
Not a fan of pumpkin beer. I much prefer beer-flavored beer, the hoppier the better.
